Give your answer to this question below!
given that obesity is at record levels in America & that obesity-related deaths are second only to smoking-related deaths in America…it makes sense that people finally want to see their toes again.
however, the LAST thing they want to hear is that they actually have to DO something about it. Everyone wants that magic pill so that the next morning they wake up as a waifish supermodel or something like that. Everyone KNOWS that proper diet & an active lifestyle is the ONLY way to achieve safe, effective, long-term weight loss (and a multitude of health benefits as well!), but nobody wants to put down the ho-hos and get their fat butts off the sofa.
because they wanna lose weight der… who knows they dont listen to those things i guess

coz obesity is an epidemic in the western world. everybody eats too much fatty crap food, and drives everywhere getting no excersise.
Ditto sticknpuck’s answer, well put, she deserves best answer.
Because our greed-driven society tolerates the mass marketing of crappy food to our kids and our teens. As adults, we have “learned” bad eating habits, and we pass this on to the young impressionable kids around us. Until parents start teaching their kids (with words and by example) how to eat and exercise properly, we will continue to hear people asking how to lose the weight that they don’t know how they gained.
A lot of people are hoping for some magic pill or some secret weight loss method for losing weight without diet and exercise. Diet and exercise is common sense, but that’s not the answer that many people want to hear. So they ask again, hoping for a different answer.
